Cacao is a heart-opening medicine — which is why eating chocolate can lift a negative mood. We use this medicine to come together as a community for celebration & connection.
Mid-Week Mindfulness
Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month from 5-6pm MST on Zoom
These spaces are donation based & donations are not required to attend, but it does allow us to continue holding these spaces. We accept venmo & cashapp.
